Notes:

-Before Hollow Man MS acknowledges the fan club and their request for the encore which he is informed they have never played before.  He adds that HM is his 2nd favorite on the new album.
-MS revisits his story of working in a dicotheque at the age of 16 when Elvis died and the Elvis impersonator's show that gave the song it's name.
-MS notes he hasn't worn a vest on stage since the 1987 tour and adds PB taught an entire generation of guitar players to play with flapping sleeves.
