-MS before Ignoreland "I wish I was at the back of the lawn..."  He adds the song is about the hostage crisis that brought the Reagan administration to power.
-Before Electrolite, MS reveals a trick to stay cool.
-MM before These Days "A lot of people came a long ways to be here, this one goes out to Billy & Christa".
-BR continues a drum beat after These Days into the start of Orange Crush.  I like it.  One of my chief complaints about later R.E.M. shows is the disconnect between songs as all the musicians scramble around for different instruments.
-MS before Mr Richards acknowledges he is bad at math and notes that he has been governed more than half his life by people he doesn't respect "and kind of despise on some level" and that is kind of what this song is about.  He sends it out to Dick Cheney.
