Notes:

-Before Accelerate MS states it is about a falling dream.
-MS notes before Hollow Man that it is really hot and this is the first time on tour he has been sweaty, which he likes. He adds he was off key during the chorus of the 7 Chinese Bros and apologizes to his FOH guy, Brett. He goes on to mention Crush, some kind of film that is showing behind them.

-Before Second Guessing MS does his "I wish I was at the back of the lawn..." thing that he did a lot in 2003.
