Notes:
-Before D@THH, MS "It's a song we've done two times in the last 10 years by our count.  It's a song about a revolution that was caught in the third act and diminished by the powers that be".
-Before Country Feedback MS notes it is the most requested song from the fanclub web page.  He also notes that Copenhagen is the place he chose to vacation with "the mister" last year.  PB solo 1:55.
-Before I'm Gonna DJ MS notes that this show was incredibly difficult for the crew (though he doesn't elaborate as to why) and sends the song out to them.
