The most remarkable thing about this show was the setlist, which is among my favorites of the tour. There is lots of feedback on the stage during this show which is a little annoying. Quality is very good--not considered excellent due to skips:

Notes:
-Padova, Italy 2003-07-22
-D1 64:21
-D2 49:22
-Fist time SFSN leads off a show
-Before NTL, MS "We're going to do a song, Peter asked me to announce before we perform the song the reason that we're playing it tonight, we haven't played is since And there are three reasons we're playing it tonight: number one is because WE'RE IN FUCKING ITALY!, two because it's Peter's favorite song in our entire catalog and number three because we never play it".
-Before Great Beyond MS laments the fact that it's cold and rainy [sarcasm]. "Is anybody hot? Am I hot?...Yes I am".
-Driver 8 is noted as a request. The song is played at a nice fast tempo.
-Before I've been High MS notes it's his request and that it's difficult to sing, which is why he likes it. He then goes on to ask if anyone needs water and prompts the "emergency squad" to deliver some to the people.
-Before So Central MS "I'm very happy that we made the decision to come instead of Roma, Milano, to come to Padova. For me, this marks another part of Italy that I've fallen deeply in love with and that the inspiration can come forward, be turned around, and can be thrown back out". He goes on to note it's very hot but they are from Georgia so they feel right at home.
-MS before Daysleeper "Ok, so if I have any trouble singing this song, which I love to sing, I expect everyone to please help me on the very high notes, ok?"
-MS sends Electrolite out to Sparklehorse and does his 20th century review.
-Standard intro to LMR.
-Before Everybody Hurts MS "I asked for summer and I got summer. Come on up and make yourself comfortable".
-IOL is sent out to everyone who came over from the U.S. to see the show, particularly Ethan from muurmurs.com
-Country Feedback solo 2:18 After the song MS "It took the guy 22 years to do a guitar solo but when he does one he doesn't fuck around". He goes on to send IOL out to Feeder.
Grade: B
-Setlist is fantastic.
-Some of the skips are barely noticeable, others more like brief dropouts
-There is some wind noise/rumble here and there but the mics used seem a bit higher quality then most of what I've heard to this point.
