Timeline notes: 'Life And How To Live It' and 'She Just Wants To Be' were dedicated to Katherine Hepburn, who passed away the day before.

Notes:
-Before Great Beyond MS "Thank you duet.  Usually when we sing this song it's very dark outside and I can always look up and there is at least one star, or one planet, or one satellite, or one galactic meteorite for me to throw my hopes, my dreams, my desires, my schemes, my wishes behind.  ut tonight all I have is you and I'm ok with that".
-MS before Wolves "We wrote this song when I was 19 years old!  Suck on that for a minute.  That was a great long time ago people.  Ok not that long ago.  Talk to my momma.  19".
-After Bad Day, MS asks a fan to hold up their sign so he can read it, then muses that he can read it since it;s in English.  He then sings a couple lines from Leave, possibly as requested on the sign.
-Before Daysleeper MS requests a French beer, then changes his order to a German beer, then "Wait till yo see my six-pack".
-Before Feeling Gravitys Pull MS teases a fan "Fucking smart ass.  You want to hear that song?  That's why you wrote it down on a piece of paper and held it up for 45 minutes.  Ok we'll play it.  We'll play it next.  But first I'd like to have a sip of beer.  Actually I'd like to...well I was going to dedicate a song but I realized this is completely the wrong song to dedicate to anyone so we're going to launch right into it and let's just pretend the last 15 seconds never happened ok?"
-Before LMR MS tells of meeting a local Hamburger and her request that the song be dedicated to her friend Christian, which it is.
-Before AMMB MS "All right I figured it out.  I wanted to send out a song tonight to someone I have admired for a great, great, great long time and I didn't know which song to send out ut I suddenly realized this is the one.  Just because of the title.  There's a woman I have admired ever since I was a little tiny kid because she always represented someone who was very independent, who stood up for herself, who believed in herself.  And this is what she represented.  I don't know what she was like as a person, I never had the opportunity to meet her.  But at a time when women were not allowed to be individual, and women were not allowed to stand up and speak out for themselves, this woman did so.  She died yesterday, this next song goes out to Katherine Hepburn god bless".  After the song "Duct tape anybody?  In case there's a terrorist attack in Hamburg just tape up your windows and you'll be fine.  You know what? Fuck it I'm going to send this song out to Katherine Hepburn just because I feel like it".
-After Everybody Hurts MS opines on memory foam mattresses for several minutes.
