Notes:
-Not all dropouts are noted. There are many.
-Ater Fall On Me MS reminisces about their first time playing the venue, opening for Bow-Wow "A difficult, arduous memory".
-After NTL MS "Peter just reminded me of a story I heard once about Carol Burnette. She's an entertainer from th 1960's when I was a kid. She's great. Anyway she was asked how she like performing in this outdoor amphitheater and she said 'Well it's really great except moths kept flying into my mouth all night'. I felt compelled to share that with you...none yet".
-After The Apologist MS revisits his previous stories "It's not like I was saying something bad about Bow-Wow-Wow, it's just a little bit of a weird memory. And we got the bad dressing room so it was a little less glamorous. You know what else I just remembered this friend of mine Bill, who lives in Los Angeles, his job is to go around to the rich people's houses and he hangs the artwork where it should be and he recently did a jo for Carol Burnett. Apparently she's got a glass thing in front of her fireplace that has carved things on it".
-Before AMMB MM asks the back row how the weather is in Denver & if the bars are still open before noting that AMMB is in a Drew Barrymore movie called Never Been Kissed. The song ends as it normally would and then it starts again for a verse or so. MS explains "Peter asked me if I wanted to do the beginning because I kind of came in late on that one but I had to pee. Something about the altitude squeezes all my internal organs like mason jars. I went out to pee and usually I do it in a trash can [gross!] but there was no one to point me towards a trash can and I didn't ant to pee in my pants so I went downstairs. So we got to do the whole song and I feel much better now". I can see now why MM was stalling.
-Before Why Not Smile MM brings out his son "I just wanted to show you that my beautiful son Julian was able to make the show tonight. He wanted to say hi to everybody and he wanted everybody to say hi to him. Not bad huh? Looks like his daddy".
Grade: D
-Overall a B recording but many dropouts, skips, mic noise, a very enthusiastic taper replies 'you're welcome' anytime someone onstage says thank you & sounds like he is screaming directly into the mics at times.
