Notes:
-Opening with IDSID seems to be a big ask for MS as he struggles with the falsetto part
-Begin The Begin has a false start, prompting MS to do his nightly check on BB
-Before Revolution MS addresses a Vancouver newspaper article about him that he felt was "...chopped up & sensationalized.  I don't appreciate it".  He goe on to criticize the United States for calling itself America when there are many other countrie in North America.  After the track, sound level drop noticeably.
