Notes:
-There does seem to be an edit before Take Five of this version.
-MS breaks from the regimented delivery of the GWT for this statement: "Did they stand up?  I have to clarify something.  Hello, I will address you as 'crowd', and I will be the voice.  This is completely rhetorical and requires no reply, so please...and we dont take...what are they called?  Crowd, Hello.  We have been performing tonight and there is an entire front row here that have been sitting on their asses.  I think they're getting old.  But somewhere in our little sojourn into the back so that we could breathe, which we're gonna do three more times tonight so save your breath.  We go back and we breathe a little bit and we drink some water and fix our makeup and check our pants and everything and somewhere in that time, these people decided to get up off their old asses and enjoy the show.  So I guess I'm not going to give their seats away to someone in the back who might enjoy 'em better".  He goes on tho the "brilliant, ludicrous audacious" for Stand.
