Notes: it's an audience recording (SONY TCD5M + 2 Sennheiser mikes).
Before the show, during the soundcheck, i've asked the band to record their show as usual i do.
They refused to give me sdb outputs but leave me recording with only my microphones.
So, it's the complete show recording from the center of the balcony. No people around the mikes, no speaking, no yelling but Michael Stipe's voice is a little bit distant...
This is the 36th upload of my concerts collection recorded in Lyon (France) between 1982-1990.
All my concerts were recording for Radio-Bellevue and Zap FM, so we have had some technical easynesses to record these shows.
REM were recorded for Radio-Bellevue at the Salle Molire
The Band:
Michael Stipe (chant)
Peter Buck (guitare)
Mike Mills (basse)
Bill Berry (batterie)
Enjoy it all REM fans !!!

Notes:
-variable tape speed mostly in the first few tracks.
-Before Talk About the Passion, MS starts to tell a story but is cut off by fans shouting requests. After the song, the requests contine, including one for RFE, to which he replies "No", and the band starts Sitting Still.
-Caroline gets her wallet stolen before Auctioneer.
-skip in Toys In The Attic
Grade: B
Will be an A when speed issues get corrected.
