No EQ tinkering, noise reduction, or filtering was used. One exception: I did apply 1 pass of NR for the first 17 seconds track 04, which suffered from static.
Comment:
I acquired a single FLAC file for this recording online in 2015 when Hans de Vente, the mysterious “Mad Taper,” was still posting treasures from his extraordinary music archive online. The files would often appear online, then disappear abruptly through blog or link deletions. So I tried to grab anything that interested me as soon as it showed up. This was sitting on a hard drive until this month, when I did a little research and realized it probably has not circulated widely, if at all.
Another FM recording with the same date & location was shared in early 2025. My version features five songs from the performance not included in the earlier share: Time After Time, Pilgrimage, That Beat, Gardening at Night, and 1,000,000.
Highlights: one of the final performances of That Beat and a rousing take on 1,000,000. Between the two recordings, you could assemble most of the songs listed by REM Timeline as having been played at this performance.

-Versions A & C sound similar& omit That Beat. Version B and cdr slightly worse but include That beat. Cdr has pops, B might not.
